The ability to effectively lead and engage a multigenerational workforce—across onsite, hybrid, and remote environments—has never been more critical to organizational success. Drawing on over 25 years of leadership experience, including my tenure as a Chief Human Resources Officer for industry-leading organizations, I developed The WIN Leadership Institute to equip leaders with the strategic, human-centered capabilities required to drive performance in today’s dynamic workplace. The Institute integrates advanced human resources principles with proven leadership methodologies to strengthen alignment, accountability, and results across all levels of the organization.

Each leadership program will include a Certification and consist of 6 modules over a 12 month period. Each module is planned for 90 minutes in length.

Supervisor Essentials

Leaders who have less than 5 years of leading people. Focus in incorporating core human resources practices into their supervision and management. Between 10-25 participants.

Leadership Excellence

Leaders who have more than 5 years of experience or have received the SE certification. Focus on more advanced program content and leadership tools. Between 10-25 participants.

Executive Development & Strategy

Leaders who have division, company and/or enterprise responsibility. Includes aspects of executive assessment, executive development and executive coaching. Between 5-10 participants.
